Shipping policy

At The Sauce Sanctuary, our goal is to make sure every order reaches you safely and on time.
Below is our official shipping policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, and contact details.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.


4. Shipping Address & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to old or wrong addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

If you need to update your address, email us immediately after placing your order.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, The Sauce Sanctuary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is:

✔ Marked as delivered but not received

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

✔ Lost in transit

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

✔ Damaged

Please email us photos within 48 hours, and we will help resolve the issue.


6. Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

We will contact you via email before reshipping.


7. International Shipping (Optional)

We currently ship to selected international countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
